1. ChatterPillar is a WhatsApp marketing platform. This means businesses getting on-board will berequired to adhere to the guidelines (Privacy Policy, API Key updates) of WhatsApp by Meta.
2. The Business needs to provide their Facebook page and Business manager for verification. If you don’thave a Business manager then we’ll help you create one.
3. Your subscription period will start after the verification is done and we handover the Dashboard to you.
4. The verification process will start once the payment for the opted package is cleared.
5. The verification process takes anywhere around 2-3 weeks as per Meta’s SOP.
6. No refunds or credits for Fees will be provided if you elect to terminate this Agreement prior to the endof your Term.
7. At the end of a year, you may renew the subscription by paying the platform fee for the next year.
8. The conversation charges are as follows: 55 paise per business generated conversation & 35 paise percustomer generated conversation for India.
9. First 1000 conversations every month are free.
10. If Meta policies change for WhatsApp usage or charges, those may be subject to change for our endclients as well.
11. Vital20 Communications reserves the right to cancel or edit your contract in case the client is foundabusing Meta policies.
12. Any changes in the plans will be reflected in the consecutive billing cycle, offers & discounts aresubject to change without prior notice.
